About Safeguarding Sphere
Independent safeguarding support grounded in health and care practice.

About Ines Paris - Founder of Safeguarding Sphere
I am Ines, a registered nurse and safeguarding practitioner. I have worked in different settings, from frontline nursing, through specialist and Named safeguarding roles, to senior leadership across health and multi-agency systems.
I set up Safeguarding Sphere because I am passionate about safeguarding work and I have learned how to make sense of complex information, ask difficult questions, bring different perspectives together and turn learning into practical change. I wanted to make those skills available more widely.
I support organisations with independent case reviews, policy and pathway development, safeguarding learning and reflective supervision. I take time to understand your organisation, the people you support and what you need the work to achieve.
I do not use standard packages or expect you to fit around them. I listen carefully and provide work that is relevant to your setting and useful in practice.
